Mardan is called as the land of worriers and a land of beautiful people. The Pakistan largest Sugar mil is here and this is located in province KPK (khebar pakhtunkhwa).The weather in Mardan remains cool all the year and many types of fruits are imported from here.
Mardan Chapli Kabab is famous in all over Pakistan and the cooks in this area has magic in their hands. The majority are Pakhtoons here but many of peoples from other provinces of the Pakistan come to lives here due to the Humble and Peaceful peoples of this area. This is a big museum here which have very historical things in it. Many sports activities occur here like cricket,football etc. People of Mardan love to eat the fish almost whole year due to its cold weather.
