If you are interested in caves and high altitude views, a trip to the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park in Glenwood Springs, Colorado is an opportunity you don’t want to miss. The ride up to the park on the Iron Mountain Tramway provides breathtaking views of the valley below. Once on top, there are a variety of attractions including an alpine slide, laser tag, climbing walls, and rides for the kids. We’ve always enjoyed touring the caverns. The caves are full of wonderful rock formations and specimens. Within the caverns, feast your eyes on stalagmites, stalactites, and cave bacon. Once you are done exploring the park, take the tramway back down for some final views.
