Before a Xiamen Air flight took off last week, a Chinese lady was complaining about the air being too stuffy on the plane. She began messing with the lever on the emergency door, but was told by the flight attendants to leave the door alone. However, her seat was near the middle of the plane where the emergency door was located.
Instead of taking a couple of deep breaths, her claustrophobia took over as she made her way back to the emergency door. Her desperation was the tipping point this time as she was able to pop the emergency door open. The flight was delayed for one hour after authorities in China whisked her away to prison.

The air inside of the plane was better than the smog she is usually inhaling. I’m thinking that the air wasn’t stuffy enough.
the air in Beijing barely qualifies as breathable…
I wonder if she had travelled before by plane….
It seems like she hasn’t. I’m surprised that she finally realized that she wasn’t used to closed spaces when China is pretty much full.
