The Belgrade marathon, 31st in a row, was held with a record number of participants from 72 countries, and 28,000 marathon runners ran.

Apart from the marathon running 42 kilometers, the semi-marathon, which is half as short as possible, also runs, and the Race of Satisfaction – five kilometers.

Marathon winners this year are competitors from Serbia, Kristijan Stošic i Nora Trklja. In the semi-marathon they won (in women’s competition) Mateja Matoshevic from Croatia and Dario Ivanovski from Macedonia.

The Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra “awaited” competitors on the bridge at Ada and provided them with support.

The marathon runners ran on a new attractive track and crossed the Sava River four times.

It’s not much … every day I walk fast 5 km ..It can also pass that part.
“Race of satisfaction”- 5 kilometers…perhaps they could have a “Race of Sluggishness” for tired old guys like me …maybe 5 meters?
