The New Zealand Harrier Hawk

Whenever I’m driving I get a vision of a Harrier Hawk, but I’m not able to get up close to them. However, today, I got some photos. Some days you do get opportunities.

There are some photos of Harrier Hawks. One of them is on the ground on the way to Marokopa Beach in Waitomo. The rest here, are photos of one Harrier Hawk at Auckland Airport that just flew within camera distance.

I had to trim the photo a lot to get this photo. It was quite a distance from me. One day, I will get better photos of these magnificent creatures.
