In our country, we don’t have these four seasons like winter, summer, spring and fall. What we have is two distinct seasons like dry and wet season.
Yesterday, while I was heading home from a friend’s home at around six in the evening, I happened to see a Narra tree which is fully defoliating or its leaves are completely shedding off. It’s natural to display that condition when the weather is cold to conserve water and to survive. We are experiencing that especially this January till February for the ice in Siberia is gradually melting and the cold breeze is drifting towards our country.
That Narra tree which is considered our national tree is adapting to that kind of cold weather unlike the other trees we have had. Nature itself is adapting for it in order to survive. It’s its natural characteristic for it’s a deciduous kind of a tree. Along this situation, I could relate that the rational being like us could also adjust ourselves to any situations where our life is at stake. For good times and bad times, we are ready to adapt on that particular situations.
And we are much assured and feel confident for our security, if God is our anchor and refuge in the situation which endangers our lives.
That Narra tree is no different when compared to our life’s existence as far as survival is concerned.

Even in our country we no longer have the “right” four seasons. The climate has changed a lot.
Ours is only two. The rainy and the dry seasons.
there are the things which can adapt and the things that go extinct…
Beautiful picture. We and nature we have to get used to the very extreme weather
You are correct. It is everyone’s natural tendency in order for him to survive.
What a spectacular tree and photo. Stunning!
Thank you. I am so glad to hear that.
