When I work with students the same thing always happens. I learn more from them than they could ever have learned for me. Young people speak from the heart, they make mistakes, they get angry and unlike many adults they get over it. They live and the learn.
Every time I watch this I am reminded how often we forget to tell people how amazing they are. I don’t know many of you. In fact, maybe I truly know no one.
With that being said, Rex Trulove has carried me through some very rough times and he probably doesn’t even know it, because I have not taken the time to tell him how amazing he is and that he teaches all the comes in contact with. The words you write and say are like a pebble tossed in a pond. It’s a huge ripple effect.
Do me a favor today. Tell someone you know or even think you know one amazing thing about them. Let’s do something that matters.
I have been a teacher. I taught for 7 years and I know my students. I taught them to help themselves. I am not teaching them the lessons but I am teaching them by example on how I became successful. It is their character that matters.
That is another great teaching tool. You do it all to reach each student.
Yes I did. It pays a good deal to reach all of them in that manner.
This story is amazing, and one that needs to be pondered upon.
I have to tell you. My friend stumbled on this the next day and called me. I didn’t tell her I had already seen it. I let her tell me the whole story in her words. It was a great moment for both of us.
You write about amazing topics, now how is that. You really do! I try to compliment people as often as possible
Thank you, you don’t know how much I needed to hear that today.
Hmm, waoo wonderful, and Nice video 🙂
I am glad you thing so, was there anything in particular you liked?
The works both ways since the teacher and the student both gain points for working with each other instead of against each other. I do my best people who have helped me.
Teamwork is so important and we need more of it.
