Songwriters often don’t get enough credit. Let’s begin with naming the writer Robert Lee Mcdill. I honestly don’t know if I would love this song. That is fine, we all have our favorites. Sometimes we appreciate the lyrics. Other times the tune. Sometimes it is just the artist.
