I am certain no one remembers but my major goals yesterday were survive, get medications needed, and get my steps in. My family totally stood by me yesterday and helped me keep my spirits up and get things done. In fact, they even did the exercise video with me twice and we laughed so hard we all cried. It was fabulous. The pharmacy was amazing so we sent them a pizza. It also helped me remember that while they are very ill and often unhappy, they still care and wanted to please me and help me. I reminded me of this song and filled my heart.
So yes I was accountable and the better news is, this time I did it with my family.
I still have the song in my music player. Your family did stand by you. That’s what love is all about.
