I believe it is very important to teach our children to stand up for themselves in a positive manner when they face haters and bullies. Typically, you are not able to reach out to an adult that is a bully and have any success. As soon as they begin name calling it is often most wise to walk away and leave them in their own misery.
Teaching moments with adults are rare. If you are lucky enough to experience one and help someone stop being toxic it’s magical for all involved. I hope this quote inspires you when others choose to pull you down.
