I saw this Pixbay photo and I just had to write a poem, because so many people tend to stay stuck living in the past. Me included! Cast out regrets as soon as that feeling comes upon you, or you will not Live, Laugh, and Love your heart out, and love your life.

You are blessed to have your Mom, and are doing the right thing. I was 14 when I lost my Mom. Too many loved ones have passed away.
