Five day seminar of teachers. It is done twice a year. One is done during summer or may and the other is done during semestral break. What is the significance of INSET to teacher? For some teachers it is just waste of time because topics were already discussed. But for some teachers it is the other way around.
Sounds like it is interesting. Learning is important.
