Give Credt When Credit is Due

This morning I spent some time listening to music and learning a little more about this composer  Ennio Morricone. He had four siblings. One of them died at a very young age because the Nanny forgot the child was allergic to cherries. While much of his music is classical there is one piece that many people from the United States would recognize.

I heard this piece often in our home. I have to admit that I have seen the motion picture more than a time or two. This man has a great talent for composing. He has received many awards. I find this photograph of him quite flattering. I believe this one was taken at the Grammy Awards.

Now you know a little more about a familiar face. You may want to check out more of his work.
