Oceanside, California — Oceanside police had the notorious jewel thief, Twinkles stopped for walking on the wrong side of the road, and never knew….
Twinkles and Sparkles have been at it again.
These two entered the Diamonds are Forever Jewelry on 2738 Town Center Blvd. just after noon on the 30th of August, 2018.
Sparkles asked to see an engagement ring, while Twinkles took a hammer and smashed the display cases, grabbing over 23 million in jewels, then fled from the store.
On the 31st of August we captured this still shot.
Look at the photo closely and try to remember everything you can.
