To that favorite C.D
With Nonna
I’m Alright
Bye, Bye
Heads Carolina, Tells California
Must have played in my head
A thousand times.

But tragedy and disease
Do not care
How many times
Your records were played
Or how much your fans
Cared,
It is no respect or
Of person’s
And attacks everyone.

So I’ll continue to play those songs
And I will shout out prayers
Knowing that faith
And prayer are the
Greatest gift I can give you.

And I’ll continue to pray
As I sing along
To those long ago songs
And cherish those long ago
Memories.
