The fear of death and how I got over it…

This was my greatest fear. With every day that passed my bay I had the sensation that I was getting closer and closer to death. When I turned 25 years old instead of partying I was under severe depression and the only one who managed to keep me on track was the guy that I was dating back than…

Anyway it took me years to realize that I wasn’t in fact afraid of death but of the experiences I hadn’t lived until that moment.

There’s one thing that I love to do most and that is to travel. But for instance whenever I decided to travel somewhere I had to go trough a major problem: people who promised to go with me would back off and change their mind…and sometimes this happened to me a week before we had to go on vacation…

I promised myself that this isn’t going to be a problem for me from now on and even if I will have to go and travel alone I will find the courage and go for it.

  1. Indeed every person, in general, has the same fear, fear of death. At a certain point of view, fear is the sole parent of desire and attachment, and all three are the source of mental disorders of 100% of the human population that always annoys happiness. It is one of the main sources of the emergence of the path of liberation which then emerged in the form of meditation, yoga, and others.
