We planted our strawberry last year. After producing runners, the plants multiplied to more than 30. They bore nice sweet strawberries. But after 1 year it looks dying. I have counted more than 10 plants have already died. The symptom is the drying big leaves and later on the small leaves in the center turns brown and it will be dead in a week or two. I wonder what’s happening. I am still waiting for runners to we can have young plants but there’s none for now. Any ideas?
Strawberry needs very little care so you should not let them dry or dye.
Looks like you got two good answers perhaps. Good luck.
Check the composition of the land.
Take the dead leaves into an agricultural pharmacy to eventually establish what is the cause of the disease.
If there is a mole under the ground, you can get the root of the plant.
Strawberries are capricious and cause much to dry. Find a suitable article for their treatment.
