Australian cancer victim sues Bayer-Monsanto https://t.co/seEHbYhwDt #RoundUp #Glyphosate

Now, the lawsuits against Bayer have been spreading across the globe. There are over 13,000 cases against Bayer in the USA, but this deposition was filed all the way Down Under in Australia. Lawn mowing operator Michael Ogalirolo has been exposed to the weed killer Roundup that is manufactured by Monsanto for the past 18 years.
Ogalirolo was not aware that exposure to glyphosate, one of the chemicals in Roundup, would increase his risk of cancer. Unfortunately, he contracted non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Although glyphosate is a known carcinogen, that warning was never placed on the product.
This lawsuit in Australia now puts the number of continents involved in litigation with Bayer at two. Let’s hope that Roundup was not used in Antarctica.
these are all civil suits. there is a criminal case here that the DoJ should be involved in
Fred Flintstone is more interested at grabbing some brontosaurus ribs with Wilma.
if there is enough public outcry, they’ll have to try a criminal case…
