This is definitely one of the easiest and simplest chicken recipes:
- 6 boneless chicken thighs (defrosted)
- 1 cup non-dairy shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup french fried onions
Sprinkle the shredded cheese and french fried onions over the chicken. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and cook for 45 minutes. Once cooked, let cool for 5 minutes and then plate. The non-dairy shredded cheese gives the chicken a cheesy flavor while the french fried onions provide some crunch.
