  1. I just wrote a post on soya beans chunks for another site. Soya beans are packed with health properties. I must look for the milk and hopefully it should not have any artificial preservatives.

  2. Soy is fine as long as it is organic. GMO soy and soy harvested with ‘pre-harvest desiccation’ by glyphosate may not be something people want to get too much of.
    The GMO Free label doesn’t mean much. The Organic label is safer probably.
