Here is another Indian dish from our menu. This basically a famous Rajasthani dish. Its called Pitod Ki Subzi in Hindi and in English its called patod curry. Somewhere its cook like simple curry.

it looks good. sometimes, i buy packaged hindi food that i can heat in the microwave. they are mostly vegetarian, as well as samosas and naan.
