This is the Osmanthus flower jelly. The proper name should be “Osmanthus Fragrans” or Gui Hua /桂花. Osmanthus flowers are often used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as they help to support healthy respiratory system and lungs. The flowers aid our digestion process too.
You may add in gojiberries (枸杞子)which are easily available in traditional Chinese medicine stores. Gojiberries are especially good for eyesight and Chinese used it to boil soup or even steeped into tea.
The jelly is pretty easy and simple to prepare. You can purchase the jelly powder and follow the instructions to make it.
