- Good quality rice of 250 grams and 100 grams Moong Dal(Lentils),
- One Big size Onion along with 2-3 well groomed Green Chilies,
- 2 tbsp Ghee/2 tbsp Sunflower oil,
- One Big size Tomato,
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- and salt as you taste.
Enlight your cooking Gas and heat 2 tbsp of Ghee or Sunflower oil for just 2 minutes.
Fry deeply the sliced Onion, Chilies and Tomato together for another 2-3 minutes still it looks little fat and red.Stir all mixing a 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder and mix all the soaked Dal(Lentils) and Rice into it .
Add water accordingly the amount of Rice and Dal(Lentils) into the Pressure Cooker.Leave it with slow cooking just for another 3-4 minutes.
