Cauliflower is known to be a good choice when going Keto friendly. Well, I joined Thrive, and found some interesting Keto friendly choice for meal planning.
I started out by using the riced cauliflower mix. The riced cauliflower is fine as sand. It prepares easily! Then I added some fresh caught Tuna I also ordered from Thrive. Then, I added Shirataki pasta, which is great if you want to watch calories, I will post a video soon about how to cook them for better flavor.
Then, I made myself a mayo sauce with pickle relish, mustard, and mixed it together. It tasted fine, but it takes some getting used to, but I know I will find ways of cooking it even better. The videos I watched prove to me there are many options on cooking the Keto way.
I tried to add more photos of how to make it, but I keep getting an error. I will try to post one later of the finished looking dish after using the riced cauliflower.
