This is my fireball meatball recipe (that I got from the BBQ Pep Boys) ————————————————————————————————————————-
- 2 pounds bacon
- 6 pounds ground beef Chuck
- 4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 6 teaspoons garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- tomato sauce
- shredded cheese ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————– DIRECTION: ————————1) Divide the ground beef into two2) Roll them into two balls3) Into each add the chopped onions, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, minced garlic and the Cajun spice and mix in well4) Cover each of the beef ball with the bacon slices and then place the beef balls into a tray5) Place the tray onto a hot grill6) Cover the grill and cook with the lid on for about 2 hours7) After an hour, check in on the meat ball and drain off the fat that is collected in the tray8) Pour in tomato sauce onto one meatball and the remaining into the tray9) Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese onto the meatball10) Put the lid back on and cook till the tomato sauce is cooked and the cheese is all melted11) Once cooked take the tray off the heat

Sounds great, the bacon would really make this meatloaf good.
