Once again the young whistle Blower Varun Sheokand’s commendable voice against illegal construction done by HOTEL DELITE GRAND at Faridabad near ‘Neelam Barta Chowk ‘. Even the Honorable Judge of NGT(National Green Tribunal) thanked him personally to save a matter of National Interest. The Advocate General Anil Grover, also applauded Mr. Varun’s Courage to fight against such dangerous construction which only could be stopped for his personal involvement into the case. The earlier Consent of the Haryana State Government filed by the State Government in the NGT also has been withdrawn. Advocate Mr Shariq abbas zaidi and Miss Mansi were Mr. Varun’s Lawyer in this case to defend Varun’s petition which is the absolute need to save and secure our Nature and Environment too.

None of the 8 government departments was ready to respond to the National Green Tribunal in regard to an unauthorized construction in the state of Haryana. The Honorable Judge of National Green Tribunal was asking again and again but not a single department’s representative present there could able to answer Judge’s Question on the said issue of DELITE. So respected Judge furiously with anger urged that The judge rebuked the judge saying that I am not all of your class teacher who will take the attendance of students.

Then only the Advocate General replied that we have withdrawn permission to build and will not be allowed to build in the future course of time. Rather the CONSTRUCTION THAT HAS BEEN DONE EARLIER WILL ALSO BE DEMOLISHED BY THE APPROPRIATE Authorities.
Then the honorable judge said, because there is nothing left in this case, the said case likely to be dismissed and disposed. So DELITE’s lawyers were saying that we will challenge it.
