One really interesting type of restaurants are Chinese hot pot restaurants. A small electric stove is placed on the table in which there is hot soup…the guests add their own ingredients into the soup, boiling them themselves.
I opted for the spicy soup with some beef, chicken and crab alongside many vegetables, mushrooms and noodles. The process of making your own dish is lots of fun. In the end I came to the conclusion that the mushrooms and seafood were my favorite.
