Making gourmet hot chocolate in London involves giving the hot drink a dramatic flare with shavings, warm milk, and three kinds of creamy and rich chocolate, artistically and strategically poured over the cup to let it intentionally drip over the edge.
It would be fun to lick the cup afterwards.
These hot chocolate drinks are more like desserts.
I like to add one scoop of vegan ice cream in my hot chocolate to give it a creamy taste. And, then, maybe add some cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top, or even cocoa nibs.
