In a previous post I shared some tantalizing tidbits about tapas, and would like to share even more.
- Did you know that a tapas sampler is likely to include extremely thin slices of Jamón ibérico or Iberian ham?
- Did you know that jamóni bérico and Italian prosciutto are not the same?
- Did you know that Spain’s famous Jamón Ibérico store chose Dallas, Texas for its first U.S. location and that I’m very upset because they didn’t pick Austin, Texas, where I live? Honestly! They didn’t even consult me! It’s OK. Austin and Dallas aren’t that far apart. Eh! It’s way closer than Spain! LOL.
