Diabetic 'Ice Cream'

This is very easy to make.  All you need is a banana.  You read that right.

Put the banana in the freezer.  When it has frozen, take it out.  Peel it.  (you might have to let it thaw a bit).   Once peeled, place it into a bowl and using a fork, mash it up.   Keep going until you can virtually whip it.

Now, put it into the container and back into the freezer.

It tastes like, well, banana ice cream.  You can swear it is ice cream as it has the same consistecy.

Diabetics can eat it as they would a banana.

One can add a few flavours, as long as they are sugarless and part of the normal diet.
