Cold Cappuccino

All this month, I have been very thirsty, making various ice drinks with my blender or Magic Bullet. Today, when I made espresso coffee with my Moka, I decided to put it in the blender with some ice cubes. I mixed and frappeed it until smooth texture. When I poured it into my mug, I noticed that the top layer was a thick frothy crema. It even tasted quite creamy, and it only consisted of hot espresso coffee and ice cubes. It tasted like a cold cappuccino drink, perfect for the hot summer days of August.

So, if you want to create your own cappuccino with a thick, frothy, and foamy crema on top, all you need to do is pour your hot coffee into a blender and frappe it for a while.
