Christmas cookies.
These cookies are made by one of my acquaintances.
When I and my girlfriend visited them, I felt the smell at least 100 meters away from their house.
I tasted their sweetness! Crushing them while I was biting them ….
And the host offered them a glass of homemade wine.
To confess, I enjoyed my pleasure !!!
If you ask for a recipe – I do not know it. The host refuses to tell me for 30 years now! She says, “You will do it yourself and break the tradition of gathering home at this time of year.
I do not think she’s right, but … she does not give me the recipe.
I like the Christmas cookies myself but in moderation.
Christmas traditions are good, but we should not overdo the treats.
