The cheesecake is, as the word suggests, a sweet cheese consisting of a biscuit (usually digestive) and butter, and over a layer of cheeses, sugar and cream. The sweet is great in summer, fresh and tasty!
For the base:
- digestive(cookies) 100 gr,
- burro 40 gr
For the fard:
- splashing form 250 gr
- panna 110 ml
- stain acid 30 gr
- gelatine in leaves 8 gr
- sugar 65 gr
For coverage
- lamps 250 gr
- gelatine in leaves 8 gr
- vegetable sugar 100 gr
