I check out two videos about avoiding GMO foods and Monsanto. This first video lists the top ten foods that are contaminated with GMOs. It is therefore important carefully read ingredients and product information in order to make sure the product is organic or certified organic.
- Corn. Also avoid fructose corn syrup.
- Soy. Make sure it is certified organic.
- Sugar
- Aspartame is a neurotoxin. Avoid all artificial sweeteners.
- Papaya
- Canola oil is made from grapeseed oil and another oil
- Cottonseed oil
- Dairy
- Zucchini
- Yellow squash
The second video warns of Monsanto chemicals in foods. Glyphosate is found in honey. Make sure honey is raw honey and organic as well as doesn’t have glyphosate. Other foods contain glyphosate. So, research ingredients.
You know what’s the problem with organic goods, they are very expensive, for small time people like me I can’t afford to buy an organic product. An equivalent of a kilo of organic vegetable is already 1 kilo of vegetable, a kilo of chicken, plust a liter of milk, (just hoping these items are not GMO made)
maybe you can grow your own organic veggies and fruit…
Here in Thailand we don’t have problems with GMO produce yet. And yes I like to plant my own veggies.
This information is most helpful. I try to buy even organic milk etc.
yeah, when i feel like buying animal milk, i am more likely to buy raw milk
