? Different Healthy Lattes

This video is about making different kind of lattes, which consists of your choice of milk, hot water, and your choice of tea. 

Other ingredients:

Natural sugar—unrefined black sugar or coconut sugar, honey, or maple syrup

Extras include Ginger, Spirulina, Apricot kernel powder

  1. Matcha Tea: water, coconut oil, apricot kernel powder, and whisk. Pour into glass with milk and enjoy
  2. Tea leaf bag in hot water, and add extras.
  3. Turmeric Tea
  4. Chai Tea
  5. Ginger and Black Sugar Tea
