I decided to google 24 Hours Fitness Gyms in my area, and I noticed some of them will reopen on June 22nd. But it will be the New Normal, which involves limited classes, limited spaced out equipment, and wearing a muzzle. The Spectrum Center Gym won’t reopen yet, but it stated members at that gym are allowed to use any of the reopened gyms.
Right now, I will be doing the walking meetups and yoga meetups. But I might try out one of the local gyms to see how it is now
I guess that will be when our gyms open too. I believe its phase 4 which is near the end of this month.
maybe…because One World Lockdown. but i heard sweden and iceland refuse to participate in this lockdown. they are doing their own thing.
google the gyms in your area…
I’ve been utilizing fitness applications on my phone. I did a HIIT workout earlier which had some good exercises in it. While out I’m going to try and snag a jump rope.
I suppose getting back to normal might be comforting.
