After working all morning on my script, I decided to go to the gym in the afternoon to try out a Zumba class. The parking lot was full, but I found a space. The mall was very crowded, which is normal. The Zumba class was also full. I did OK for a first timer in Zumba. The steps were easy. I just got a little dizzy because I wasn’t used to it. I just need practice and I will get the hang of it. I am considering on taking the Zumba class on Wednesday afternoon, which is right before the Pop Pilates class.
At 6:30 pm, I walked through the mall, people watching, window shopping, and taking some snapshots until I arrived at my parked car.
I added an old snapshot at a local park during a spring event.
I tried this once. It was fun to try something different, but sure was not a natural lol. Good luck!
i need variety in my workout so i dont get bored–yoga, pilates, zumba, treadmill, stationary bicycle, regular bicycle, walking meetups, etc…
