#11 The Ancient of The Strain (2014 TV series)
Doug Jones played his part in a 2014 American horror drama television series that was also created by Guilermo del Toro entitled The Strain.
He played as one the Ancients, the seven original vampires. He also portrayed the Master's previous host in a flash back before Jusef in seasons 1-3.

#17 Amphibian Man of The Shape of Water (2017)
This is the movie that really made it all happen and made him even more famous after winning the 2018 Oscar Award for Best Picture and the movie that also won Gulermo del Toro for Best Director — The Shape of Water.
Doug Jones played his astounding role as the Amphibian Man, a creature worshipped as a god from Amazon river, and was captured for experiment.
Many viewers where a bit confused if this movie was a spin-off from Hellboy since Amphibian Man and Abe Sapien are quite of the same resemblance, since they are both of amphibian humanoid species.
