Alabama barber gives free haircuts to students going to school

Robert Banks who is the manager of the Perfect Line Barber Shop in Ensley Alabama which is located near Birmingham Alabama has a great way to give back to his community without the huge fanfare that some celebrities and sports stars do to gain some attention.

Robert bought out of his money 100 backpacks to give to students who will be enrolling into schools in a few weeks.

The bonus of this gift to the customers of his third annual  “Back To School Support & Supplies” program which entitles a student to get a free haircut before the students enter school with a great appearance and incentive to do to their best in the subjects that are being taught so they can be ready to tackle the world when they become adults.

What I really enjoy about Robert doing this work of charity is that by giving superb service to his customers and giving them the incentive to get an average of an A on their report cards throughout the upcoming school year, the students will get another free haircut.

Robert is applying the give principle in business by giving away a free haircut to students before the start of the academic school year, the students will develop confidence to do their best in the school year.

    • That is true. According to one businessman who repairs bikes in Massachusetts he mentioned by keeping quiet about how great is his bike repair shop is, people start to like him a lot more for doing his charity work to donate bikes to the needy.
