Resolution Chore List January 6th 2019

I totally understand that many of you may be very bored with these posts, however they are truly helping me make some positive things happen in my little world. So you will find that I am going to continue doing them and I really hope I do it for the entire year. I don’t know if I ever really accomplished an entire year, but now that I am taking this new approach it could happen.

I think having an overall theme is a good idea and I like choices. Interval eating has become a habit, so it’s a given now. So far that is the only thing that is solid enough to leave the list as a choice!

 Aerobics dvd

 Drink 1/2 gallon water

 Learn 3 new facts about something

 Two servings of fruit

I only have to do one, but I am hopeful for more than one.
