He was quite gloomy and cloudy. I got out of the bus and went down to the Sava River to see how the construction of towers called “Belgrade on the Water”
This was a fierce controversy. The opposition accused the government of that time. It was probably the money in question.
In fact, the old pre-war buildings had to be demolished and a new modern comlex was built.
I took photos for a walk.
Let’s take a look.
In front of the river itself on the concrete pillar carried by the bridge by an unknown artist has made this drawing.
Such drawing by objects is prohibited in our country. The painters draw it at night when no one sees them.
I admire them, I think it's better to have a drawing than just a gray concrete.
This building looks towards the old part of Belgrade.
In the background you can see the dome of the Cathedral Church.
The building is in front of the mural.
It is a copy of the fresco "White Angel" which is kept in our monastery Mileševo.
Fresco was created in 1235. see more:http://www.gost.rs/zanimljivosti/beli-andjeo-najpoznatija-freska-srbije.html
One of the preciousness of the Serbian Art Culture.
When you turn towards Belgrade, a monument that speaks of us in the sky is not rising in the most beautiful light.
Monument "Eternal Fire" is located in the Friendship Park at the confluence of two great rivers Sava and Danube. It was built in 2000 in memory of the victims of the NATO bombing. Apart from the verses of Branko Miljkovic, there was a plaque on this monument, which included the 19 NATO member states that bombed Serbia.
Very soon after the installation of the monument, the panel with the countries of the countries that inflicted evil on Serbia, as well as the four large lights that were lit by the large Obelix were stolen. Also, the eternal flame that was glowing in a small house next to the monument was also extinguished, namely the gas installations that kept the flame in their lives. Since then, the monument has been neglected both by authorities and citizens.
Very nice creativity from someone.
this one blows me away
This is really awesome!
