This is “Xiang Gang Mian” (translated as Hong Kong Mee). Basically fried mee with vegetarian prawns, veggie and eggs.
I love these noodles and could eat them every day.
Hmm… that’s not a good idea tho…
they’re quite oily… but tasty still!!
