This is another addition to LaJenna’s cooking challenge. This dish turned out great, and my husband approved of his lunch today. I used Angel Hair by Wonder Noodle, which is also gluten free. This one is easy to fix, and has a great texture in my opinion. I slowly added cabbage, butter, zucchini, and organic cheese. Mix all the ingredients together, and, then added my sauce, which is mayo, mustard, and garlic. Just add as much or as little as you like.
Then, on top of the dish I added organic linked sausage, with organic cheese in the middle of them. Enjoy!
