It's Just Not Working Today

It’s my fault. I need to somehow learn to shake this by myself. No one can do it for me. I don’t know if I have the strength, and perhaps it should be that way right now. I stumbled across the song that I found and now I think it might just be one that I need to sing over and over until I laugh all the way through it.

  1. Go hug your grandsons. Read the 1000 wishes list. Distract yourself from the thing you fear (we both know what that is).

or in the words of Elsa, Let it go.

(that one is easy to say and impossible to do)!

  2. Lying down on your back, palms facing up. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, exhale for 5 counts. Repeat the cycle 8 to 10 times. then stretch for 6 counts and relax, slowly for 6 counts. You will feel better because feeling anxious causes shallow breathing which reduces oxygen to your muscles and lungs, this exercise restores oxygen which in turn releases, feel-good endorphins, and extends your mitochondria. 🙂
