For some time I’ve been researching the Aloe Vera plant. I only heard good things about it. I also bought gel and juice. According to my friend’s advice, I decided to try to raise Aloe Vera at home and so I will know that it is real without any additions. The ingestion is used as a strong laxative, and the freshly squeezed juice for the skin is used in burns, sunburn, insect bites and the like. Aloe gel also affects the strengthening of the immune system. Aloe vera is very rich in nutrients, according to some data it should contain even more than 160. It is rich in vitamins A, C and E, which are all powerful anti-oxidants and vitamin B complex. In this miraculous plant, the amylase enzyme in lipase, which breaks down the fat in sugar, ensures smooth digestion and acts antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. That’s how I bought Aloe Vera a few months ago and at the moment to work very nicely.
