This is what my husband and I had for lunch yesterday. The sauce made this dish heavenly. I just took a few tablespoons of Mayo, and then I added to it-a small amount of mustard, garlic salt, a garlic clove, 1/2 tsp. of brown sugar, and added homemade pickle relish to the sauce. I call this dish heavenly, because, it had soften chunks of apples in the sauce. When the chops were almost completed I added the sauce with the apples in it to the chops, and let them simmer for about 15 minutes. It was a hit! I served the pork chops with steamed vegetables with it. Try this you will enjoy it I bet.
