I woke up early to go to a 9:30 am Pop Pilates class. I didn’t feel like working out on the treadmill, even though I wanted and needed to. Maybe tomorrow afternoon. Throughout the day, I was reminded that today is Giving Tuesday, a day to give to the needy, whether people in need and/or give a good forever home to a homeless animal, and/or help save wildlife. Or, another option is to donate needed resources to others in need, people and animals. Maybe even volunteer to help others.
I saw on the news many giving to others, and the homeless. What a great thing to do.
It certainly was and I joined in. It was a great day.
