N C restaurant owner treats her employees to Walt Disney World

Gypsy Gilliam who is the owner of the State Farmers’ Market which is located in Raleigh North Carolina is one owner who really knows how to reward her employees for their loyalty and devotion to make her restaurant that she owns the best it can be in the state selling biscuits.

Gypsy decided to pay out of her own pocket travel expenses, food, lodging and other expenses to 53 of her employees and 20 of their family members via a charter bus to travel from Raleigh to Orlando Florida to visit Walt Disney World for one week.

What really made this vacation sweet for the employees at the State Farmers’ Market restaurant was even though they would not be on the clock at the restaurant for the one week vacation was that the employees who would miss one week of work due to being on vacation would be paid for time missed at work.

It is kind of odd for an owner of a restaurant to pay out of her pocket a free one week vacation to Walt Disney World for all of her employees and their families since the cost of such vacations must be out of this world.

Gypsy has been to Walt Disney World in the past with her family which she enjoyed her time visiting one of the best vacation spots in Florida.

One thing is for sure. Gypsy’s employees will never forget her act of kindness which will be repaid in a huge return when they return from Orlando Florida to Raleigh North Carolina.
