Someone posted this video on my Facebook page. This video displays large amounts of military vehicles and equipment being transported past Chicago and toward Madison, Wisconsin. It appears to be transported via cargo train. The National Guard was noted in these areas. It appears that they are preparing for martial law in certain areas. But who knows…
