WOD – New route, same location

With the presence of rain I altered my run today which I ended up settling for a short run on the trails – Humboldt Park. And while running I dumbed my pace down a lot because I was configuring a short new route that keeps me in the area where I can have eyes on my car. Not sure how long we are are going to have these nice temperatures in Chicago, but I am sure enjoying them, as anyone living in this city should be doing. I always view April as the teaser month because we get that taste of warm weather yet it has not fully arrived yet. I enjoy the support I have been getting from USO, who has been recognizing everyone of my workouts on Twitter. Outside of the run, I kept the overall workout short which consisted of.

  • 30 Crunches
  • 25 Push ups
  • 50 Jumping Jack’s
  • 1.28 Mile run
